Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in during the booking process, you consent to receive SMS messages from Primos related to your appointments. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or booking.
Message Types
You may receive the following types of messages:
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before)
- Cancellation and rescheduling notifications
- Waitlist notifications when a preferred time slot opens
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will typically receive 1-3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and any status changes). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future SMS notifications. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by enabling SMS notifications during your next booking.

Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.Primos does not charge for SMS messages.
Supported Carriers
Compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number is used solely for appointment-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
